We're Backyard Blues and we've been a local swimming pool supply company here in Murfreesboro, TN, since 2011. We are your one-stop-shop for all your pool needs offering full service, maintenance, and new construction. We started this business to better serve our community and offer quality service and products. We are proud to share that we have been awarded for eleven consecutive years the Murfreesboro Ruthie's Award for Favorite Pool Shop and Favorite Pool Service! I have been with backyard Blues Pools since 2021 and there are different reasons why I like BBP. First, it was my many interactions early on with the owner Jordan that left the impression that he cares about the customer. He is honest and doesn't try to sell you equipment and services you don't need. He has assembled an outstanding staff that makes you feel more like family than a customer. Second, it is because of the service technician Mark. His experience and expertise in what he does is very impressive. You are left with a feeling that when he leaves, you know the job was done right. He has no problem explaining exactly what he is doing and why he is doing it. The openness to educate and include the customer in the process of his installation/repair or maintenance of the customer's equipment is refreshing. He is also is someone that takes pride in his work. That's a quality that is lacking a lot in today's service industry environment. He is an asset to this organization and needs to be commended. Third, there are two more of the BBP staff that also need to be commended. They are Libby and Joanne from the Old Fort Parkway location. It is my preferred location to interact personally with staff and that is solely because of them. They are both amazing people who go out of their way to make the customer feel comfortable and important and they do it easily. That is what makes it so genuine. Personable, engaging, informative and caring are just a few words that come to mind when wanting to describe their performance. They always have a smile and a kind word. You leave that location with a smile every time. Since I began using BBP, I have since had them fix a plumbing leak on my return line, install a much needed new liner, a new LED light, a new deep end ladder and replaced the sand in my sand filter. They also are now doing all my openings and closings. From the beginning, they have been a tremendous help in educating and encouraging me in learning about my pool. Backyard Blues Pool Service is reputable and the best around to help you with everything you and your pool need. You can expect nothing less than great customer service, quality work in every area, friendly, prompt and knowledgeable employees. Thanks again to all of you. You have made owning a pool a pleasure.
