Huge thanks to Backyard Blues for my pool construction!   This is my third pool construction (but my first fiberglass pool) over the years of moving homes and I have to say I really dreaded the process.   The last two construction projects, using different contractors, were not fun! From the very beginning, Tyler was very easy to work with.   He did what he said he would do, he showed up when he said he would show up, and he was very responsive.   That alone sets Backyard Blues apart from a lot of other pool companies.     Tyler was not pushy and guided us through the decision-making process helping us to envision the final product.    His advice was sound, and I felt like he had our best interest in mind.    Overall, the project went very, very well, and Backyard Blues was highly impressive.   No one can really say a project of this scope goes perfectly, and yes, we had a few hiccups along the way, but I can honestly say I am very, very happy that I chose Backyard Blues and I would highly recommend them to anyone that asks.    The folks in the office, particularly Laryn and Kendall, were always very friendly, helpful, and responsive.  Jared, in the Service Department, was also very professional and very responsive. I have been dealing with a different local pool shop in trying to get my pool under control.  Came back from vacation to a green pool. I was spending 100. A week trying to get it blue again on their company's pool products.. Then I walked into backyard blue pools. Bought the similar chemicals algicide and shock. Got 2 more lbs of shock and spent $20 less. Added the algicide along the perimeter by the time I got back to the start it was already clearing all the algae. By the next morning blue pool. That's the difference between family owned and corporate owned. Results, saving the customer money instead of them coming back to buy more of your company's products to attempt to get results. In the picture to the left was one hour after adding the algicide the right was the next morning less than 24hrs. you can see some green where I was unable to broadcast the algicide
