The questions everybody asks first.
It depends far more on your yard than on the pool. Access, grade, soil, retaining needs, decking square footage, and equipment all move the number. Vinyl liner is typically the most affordable entry point, fiberglass sits in the middle with lower long-term maintenance, and gunite has the highest ceiling because it's fully custom. We'll give you a real, itemized number after we walk the site, not a range designed to get us in the door.
Once permits are in hand, fiberglass usually runs three to five weeks, vinyl liner four to seven, and gunite eight to twelve. Tennessee weather and county inspection schedules are the two things that move those dates, and we'll tell you as soon as they do.
Short version: choose gunite if you want a specific shape, a vanishing edge, or an integrated spa. Choose fiberglass if you want in the water fast with the lowest ongoing chemical and maintenance load. Choose vinyl liner if you want the largest, most customizable pool for the money and don't mind replacing a liner down the road. We build all three, so we'll walk your yard and tell you which one it actually wants.
Yes. We pull permits and coordinate inspections with Rutherford County or your municipality, including barrier and fencing requirements. You approve the design; we handle the paperwork.
Absolutely, and we do it constantly. Liner replacements, resurfacing, deck work, equipment upgrades, leak detection, and routine maintenance. Bring a water sample into either Murfreesboro store and we'll test it for free whether we built your pool or not.
Anyone. Both Murfreesboro locations are full retail stores, open to the public, with the same hours and the same stock. Chemicals, equipment, parts, cleaning gear, and water testing kits. Free water analysis is free for everyone, and we'd rather you got the right answer from us than guessed at the big box store.
Fall and winter, by a wide margin. Design and permitting happen while nobody's swimming anyway, the schedule is open, and you're in the water on the first warm weekend instead of waiting behind everyone who called in April.
