Financing questions.
Yes. Most of the pools we service were built by someone else, some of them decades ago. It makes no difference to us.
It depends on the season and on what is wrong. Peak summer is busier than October, and a pump that has failed completely gets prioritized over a cosmetic issue. Call the service desk and we will give you a real window rather than a hopeful one.
Properly, which means testing rather than guessing. Water can leave a pool through the shell, the liner, the fittings, the skimmer, or the underground plumbing, and each one is found a different way. We isolate it before anyone starts digging or cutting, because the alternative is opening things that turn out to be fine.
Maybe, and that is worth a call rather than a wait. Bearing noise, cavitation, and a motor struggling against a blocked impeller all sound alarming and mean different things. Some are a cheap fix caught early and an expensive one caught late.
You can buy parts from either of our stores and plenty of customers do. What we would say honestly is that anything involving gas, high voltage, or bonding is not a good place to learn, and a heater or a salt system installed incorrectly can void its warranty. Come in, tell us what you are working on, and we will tell you straight whether it is a reasonable job to take on. See stores and supplies.
We won't put a number on a web page that we'd have to walk back the moment we see your yard, and anybody who does is quoting a pool they haven't looked at. What we can tell you is what moves it: overall size, how much decking you want, whether the lot needs retaining, your finish and tile selection, the equipment package, and how hard it is to get a machine into the backyard. The consult is free and it ends with an itemized proposal and a CAD drawing, so you'll have a real number before you've spent anything.
